Beautiful engraving depicting the presentation of the map of the Austrian Netherlands by the Count of Ferraris to Joseph II Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire draped by the crowned imperial eagle. The scene is surrounded by a crown of small amours or putti with attributes of the various arts of medicine, cartography, mathematics, astronomy...
