Uncommon first edition of this treatise on noble law, considered to be the most important work of the jurist Garcia Saavedra. Our copy is one of those that did not undergo the expurgation and replacement of certain leaves, ordered by Philip II on January 13, 1593, due to the opposition that the author's thesis had aroused among the nobility of Vizcaya.
