159. FAVRAS (T. de Mahy de). Brief for Thomas de Mahy, Marquis de Favras..., against the King's prosecutor, accuser. And again against Mr. Prosecutor-Syndic of the Paris Provisional Commune, plaintiff. A Paris, chez Briand, 1790, 2 parts in-4, (4)-35 pp. and 47 pp., unbound. One of the most famous trials of the Revolution. Famous conspirator, Favras, with or without the support of the Count of Provence, had the plan to assassinate Bailly and La Fayette and kidnap the king to take him to Metz.
