A large flat-backed armchair with shoulders in walnut, finely moulded and carved with a jagged shell flanked by palms, foliage and flowers. The brackets of armrests in light whiplash and the legs arched. Decorated with a farmyard scene and a gallant couple in flowery cartouches. End of the 19th century. (Insolated upholstery).
