143. A gilt bronze cage chandelier with four arms of light terminating in flowered binnacles, richly decorated with porcelain flowers, a semi of rosettes and crystal pendants in the upper part. In the center, a porcelain statuette in the Saxon style representing a standing peddler. End of the 19th century. (Some missing parts and small accidents). H : 87 cm - Diam : 55 cm A chandelier attributed to the Jansen house, made in a similar spirit, combining gilt bronze and porcelain, mixing baroque and Chinese influences, was presented in Paris (Sotheby's, 19 November 2021, lot 68).
