(Gerce, small accident). It is probably a work of Felix Maurice Charpentier (1858-1924). The mention of the Soltykoff Collection refers, seems to refer to that of Prince Pierre Soltykoff (1804-1889) whose art collection whose art collection was gathered in his Parisian Parisian private mansion.
