Manuscript presented to Pierre Consten by Louis Aragon, followed by typescript. It contains a number of erasures and is signed by Aragon. The typewritten text repeats the handwritten corrected text, and also includes numerous handwritten corrections. At the top of the cover: "This manuscript and the typewritten copy that follows belong to Pierre Consten". Bottom center, in marker: "Monsieur Louis Aragon". The original edition was published by Gallimard in 1966.
