305-[PRUGNEAUX (P.-E.)]. Campaign of the Hundred Days. Combat de Rodemack, Souvenir patriotique aux défenseurs de ce fort. Historical note. Toul, Auguste Bastien, 1859, in-8, 32 pp, blond half-calf with corners, ribbed spine, gilt fillets and dotted lines, gilt head, front cover preserved (period binding). First edition of this booklet, which went through no less than five editions up to 1863, and is therefore no more common. Signed at the end by Prugneaux, "commandant d'armes du fort de Rodemack", it relates the unsuccessful investment of the small fort of Rodemack, near Thionville, by a Prussian corps on June 24, 1815. Very rare. A fine copy.
