The collation is in accordance with Sabin's notice. A native of Connecticut, Presbyterian missionary Samuel John Mills (1783-1818) was one of the first organizers of the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions, the first American missionary society, founded in 1810. Corners bumped, spine rubbed, abundant foxing.
