Among the papers reproduced are works by Anquetil, Mongez, Roederer, Mentelle, Grégoire, Cambacérés, Cabanis, and above all Talleyrand's famous Mémoire: Sur les relations commerciales des États Unis avec l'Angleterre (II, pp. 86-106), which signaled his return to the public arena after the end of his emigration.
