Copy of Lieutenant-Commander Billeheust de Saint-Georges, with nominative letter of transmittal from the Ministry of the Navy, dated October 10, 1840 (one autographed sheet, completed and signed in the hand of Admiral Roussin, then Minister of the Navy and Colonies).
