FOUDRAS (Théodore-Louis-Auguste de), GUEROULT (Constant). Le Capitaine Zamore, (entirely unpublished). Paris, L. de Potter, s.d. (1855), 4 volumes in 2 vols. in-8, half-maroquin Bradel cerise, printed covers and one spine preserved (20th century binding). Extremely rare first edition. The only edition of this novel, which is both a classic "espagnolade" and the rarest of the works born of the collaboration of two authors who were very popular at the time. A good copy.
