Les acquéreurs paieront, en sus des enchères, par lot les frais et taxes suivants :

27 % TTC (TVA 5.5% pour les livres, 20% pour le reste)

Attention les lots acquis sur DROUOT LIVE seront majorés d'1.8% TTC du prix adjugé sur le Live.

Attention les lots acquis sur INTERENCHERES seront majorés de 3.6 % TTC du prix adjugé sur le Live.

- L’adjudicataire, mandant ou mandataire, sera le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur, et aura pour obligation de remettre ses nom et adresse, pièce d’identité ainsi que coordonnées bancaires.

- Aucune réclamation ne sera recevable dès l’adjudication prononcée, les expositions successives ayant permis aux acquéreurs de constater l’état des objets présentés .

- Conformément à la loi, les indications portées au catalogue engagent la responsabilité de la SVV FARRANDO et des experts, compte tenu des rectifications au moment de la présentation de l’objet et portées au procès-verbal de la vente.

- Aucun lot ne sera remis aux acquéreurs avant acquittement de l’intégralité des sommes dues.

- En cas de paiement par chèque, le retrait des objets sera différé jusqu’à l’encaissement du chèque. Les chèques tirés sur une banque étrangère ne seront autorisés qu’après l’accord préalable de la SVV FARRANDO. Pour cela il est conseillé aux acheteurs de nous transmettre, avant la vente, une lettre accréditive de leur banque pour le montant prévisionnel de leurs achats.

- Une fois l’adjudication prononcée, les objets adjugés sont placés sous l’entière responsabilité des acquéreurs, le magasinage, la manutention et le transport de l’objet n’engagent pas la responsabilité de la SVV FARRANDO.

- Les dimensions inscrites au catalogue sont données à titre indicatif .

- Tout enchérisseur est censé agir pour son propre compte sauf dénonciation préalable de sa qualité de mandataire pour le compte d’un tiers, acceptée par SVV FARRANDO, et assure la responsabilité pleine et entière en agissant pour le compte d’un tiers .
