Les acquéreurs paieront, en sus des enchères, par lot les frais et taxes suivants :
27 % TTC (TVA 5.5% pour les livres, 20% pour le reste)
Attention les lots acquis sur DROUOT LIVE seront majorés d'1.8% TTC du prix adjugé sur le Live.
- L’adjudicataire, mandant ou mandataire, sera le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur, et aura pour obligation de remettre ses nom et adresse, pièce d’identité ainsi que coordonnées bancaires.
- Aucune réclamation ne sera recevable dès l’adjudication prononcée, les expositions successives ayant permis aux acquéreurs de constater l’état des objets présentés . - Conformément à la loi, les indications portées au catalogue engagent la responsabilité de la SVV FARRANDO et des experts, compte tenu des rectifications au moment de la présentation de l’objet et portées au procès-verbal de la vente.
- Aucun lot ne sera remis aux acquéreurs avant acquittement de l’intégralité des sommes dues.
